Covid, masks, restrictions, isolation, job loss, distance from friends and family, a sense of separation that is producing fear in our lives. Coaching has never been as important as it is today to help gain a perspective on what is really going on. I know, I have felt all of these and I have had to make a huge pivot in my life.

I have in my past found myself in an unhappy work situation and have used the services of a Career Coach. Coaches ask the tough questions and drill down into what really matters to get clarity on life and what you want from it.

The most successful people in life use coaches, athletes, successful executives and general everyday people use them, in fact even successful coaches know the value in coaching and have coaches. Some people are skeptical towards the industry, I know I have a family member that will make fun of the use of a coach and that is okay. We all have these grand ideas on how we think our life should turn out and then we get a detour. Detours are the little diversions the Universe sends us to redirect what is meant for our higher purpose, that is if we are listening, if we ignore these detours they only get louder and louder until change happens.
Objectivity and Higher Perspective
Life is subjective to the individual, as in life happens to me, I am the subject. Coaches can take from their experience of walking a path before you and give you an objective look and all sides of the issue. Life can be like a drama play on a stage and the Coach see the whole play from a higher perspective, sitting in the balcony section. Coaching gives clarity when confusion is present, I know I have coached many through life’s detours.
