“I think therefore I am”
Most of heard this line before and never gave much heed to the saying, I want to share my take on the power of our thoughts.
I originally wrote this piece to share on Facebook Men’s Mental Health group and once posted I found my account suspended and the post taken down, I have been banned from posting any mental health assistance on Facebook for one month. I did manage to save a copy of the post before hitting enter so that I did not lose the content. What ever their terms of violation may be, there seems to be strict control on censoring content, well so much for freedom of thought and speech. The original post is as follows.
Your thoughts and words are more powerful than you realize:
A little secret I discover or was reminded of is our thoughts lead to words that lead to action or reaction, and these are very powerful. More powerful than you know, Why?
Thoughts are pure energy, we have 60,000 to 80,000 thoughts a day and 90% of them are the same thoughts as yesterday or last week. We run the same old thought in our head so much that it becomes our story. Eventually one has to verbalize the thought with an “I am” statement, telling the Universe what they are. Once you tell the Universe what you are, you create that situation for yourself. An example would be a thought that ” I am always broke” or “I can never get ahead” that thought turns into words that like “I can not afford that” and your reality eventually turns out that you live pay cheque to pay cheque, never getting ahead.
The same can be applied to any health issue. But it is not as simple as just changing your thoughts although this does help. There is an original thought embedded in your subconscious that runs the show. This original thought usually occurs when we are very young, like under 7 years old. Like a Father who says “Son, we are always broke” or ” You will never amount to much” the original thought is where the root of the issue lies.Hence you find repeating patterns in your life, from health, relationships, money work. When these things keep repeating it is your higher self trying to tell you to clear and heal this thought or energy.
Coming back to our thoughts and how they effect our lives, for the most part people run on auto pilot during their life, repeating other peoples experience and thoughts. In effect repeating others energy, hence how powerful collective thought or consciousness is. Today’s world is very topsy-turvy and there is a huge collective consciousnesses tied into fear. Our outer world is a reflection of our inner world. Watch the news…it is always about fear with commercials from Companies telling you that you are sick.
What we think and say inside our heads manifests into our reality. We are the creators of our reality, each and everyone one of us, you have that power and you forgot how powerful you are. Most have given up their power or have been taught that they are powerless and need to seek outside of themselves, they have been given limitations. I want to post this and help anyone who reads it to the end to make a small shift in their thinking and you will see a huge shift in their reality.
There you have it, censorship material or just a shift in perspective?
Addendum thoughts on this…. Ultimately we are the creators of out reality and we find out who we truly are in response to said reality. I post something, Facebook has algorithms that react (re-act) to words in a post. Not respond but re-act. Now it is up to me how I re-act, my thoughts, my words, my manifested reality. I thought the words, I spoke the words on paper and the manifestation of those words were shut down, why? Truth? Fear? One Narrative?
The original post was from an intention of love to help heal inner wounds, to get to the core of the issue for men, to bring light onto a dark place. In my manifested world “Love” prevails over fear, hence the re post on my own site. I accept what has happened from Face Book, it has redirected me to know that this is not place to for me to truly help those in need.
